What is a diagnostic?

You will get a 60-90 minute online consultation with Amanda.  Bring as many members of your team as you wish.  We will go through a simple process where I ask you questions about your business and about your current challenges and future goals.  We will discuss options and alternatives.  Within a week, I will send you a PDF report setting out your current baseline and recommendations.

I have worked with hundreds of small and medium sized enterprises, supporting them on their sustainability journey. It always begins with a casual discussion about what the business is doing right now and what goals and objectives it seeks to achieve in the short, medium and long term.  After baselining current operational practices, a simple action plan is mapped out and agreed to. Usually the business is already implementing some great things, which can be built upon, engaging staff and other stakeholders to get involved and excited about what else can be achieved.  Instituting some form of measurement from the baseline is always extremely motivating for the business and all its stakeholders.
