Customer Requirements
Customer Requirements Mapping
What will Coles, Woolies, or your other major customers ask for from you? We map their typical sustainability requests and show you the gap between what they want and what you can currently provide.
Risk & Opportunity Scan
We identify your three biggest emissions risks (usually in the supply chain) and your three biggest opportunities (often energy efficiency upgrades, grants, or low-hanging cost reductions).
Deliverables Final Report
Executive one page summary. Emissions Report with detailed Scope 1 and 2 and material Scope 3 emission baseline report, Supplier Readiness Plan, Risks and Opportunities Summary and roadmap.
